KUALA LUMPUR: The teenager who was suffering from bone cancer, but fulfilled her dream to chat with Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has died.
According to an officer from the Prime Minister’s Office, Nurul Atikah Bazilah Samsudin’s remains were now at her home at No. 9, Lorong 4, Taman Mewah in Kamunting, Taiping and would be buried today.
She died yesterday at 11.05pm.
On Aug 19, the 14-year-old girl fulfilled her cherished dream when she had the opportunity to converse with Najib.
Nurul Atikah spoke to Najib for five minutes, using a handphone belonging to Perak Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir, who visited her home. — Bernama
