The Philippines National Council on Disability Affairs together with the CBR Asia-Pacific Network welcomes you to join the 2nd Asia-Pacific Community-Based Rehabilitation Congress (2nd AP CBR Congress) in Manila, Philippines, from November 29th to December 1st, 2011.

The Congress organizers have kindly requested the CBM-CBR Coordinating Office, Philippines, as secretariat for the Programme Committee, to assist in the announcement for the call for abstracts and in circulating the most recent information.

We kindly request prospective participants who are interested in making a presentation to choose from the programme events and submit an abstract before May 31st 2011. Abstracts should be submitted to the Program Committee by email at: cbrapcongress.program@gmail.com
