MAS, AirAsia flights to Thailand unaffected by floods

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia Airlines (MAS) and AirAsia flights to Thailand are unaffected by floods.

Spokespersons for both the airlines, when contacted by Bernama today, said that so far, no flight to Thailand has been cancelled.

They said both the airlines did not fly to the Don Muang Airport, which has been closed since Tuesday when its landing strip was submerged in floodwaters.

Instead, MAS and AirAsia used the Suvarnabhumi Airport, which has not been affected by the floods. - Bernama
